Claw Foot Tub

Since we moved into our log house in July of 2005, there is one thing I have been waiting for - to soak in this tub!! AAAAAWWWWWWW

Here is our always willing model - Lizzie enjoying her soak!

She was enjoying her bath VERY much!! Of course, she always enjoys her picture taken, she is quite a ham!

I have to say, it was worth the wait, well, maybe not really, but I am certainly glad the wait is over!!

Cool tub. My Grama had one at her house when I was a kid.Auntie Vi had one too. They are really in vogue again and I think it is PERFECT for a log cabin.

cassie - yea, it reminds me of Grandma - that is one reason I like it.

Shelley - it is great - yea, I painted those!

Terri - actually this one is original - cost us 150 dollars - it is hard to find one that does not need to be reporcelained, but we did, in someone's shed - had been there a long time, a little paint and elbow grease and ta da!!

Great tub. I have a son who is a little hedonist, too, and loves a good bubbly soak.

I thought I wanted one of those too. But figured it would only be for looks. I like a shower.
They are awesome in a log home for sure.
